MoralesDefinitely an "air" wedding United Presbyterian church Salve, airlines stewardess, and now in the United States air base, Hawaii. The couple presence of 500 guests; Dr. M.L. Kemper officiated. Church (sic) were white gladioli at the altar, on which were placed lighted tapers in candelabra. White orchid garlands decorated the aisles. They had been flown from the Hawaiian Islands for the special occasion. Mr. Harold Iverson sang "I Love You Truly" as Miss Salve went to the altar on the arm of Mr. Tony Arcolas, who gave her in marriage. For the nuptials the bride donned a hoop-skirted gown of heavy ivory satin and nylon tulle, which was designed with long sleeves and a chapel train. The gown's trimming was of seed pearls, from the portrait neckline to the skirt. Completing her ensemble was a long French illusion veil attached to a pearl-trimmed bonnet. Her bouquet was four white orchids surrounded by small white vanda orchids. Her matron of honor was Mrs. Marelo- Galicia, Salinas. She wore a gown of grey Chantilly lace over pink satin and carried a purple orchid. Honor Attendants Bridesmaids were Misses Rosita Borja, Evelyn Reyes, and Carol Galicia, all of this city. Their bal- was that held at the First Sunday. It united Miss Blossom Mr. Clemente Morales, US Air Force and stationed at Hickam exchanged double ring vows in the decora-lerina-length gowns were of silk organdy fashioned in three-tiered skirts trimmed with white daisies. Mr. Marcelo Galicia performed best man duties and Mr. Bonifacio Bitanga, San Francisco, Mr Decimo Andrade and Mr. Richard Baguio, Salinas, seated guests. Flower girls were Clara Sampayan and Doreen Madalora and ringbearer was Ernesto Reyes. The bride is the daughter of Mr.and Mrs. Modesto C. Salve of Honolulu, T. H. The bridegroom's parents are Mr.and Mrs. Clement Morales, Monterey Road. For her son's wedding she wore a grey silk shantung dress trimmed with white and her Juliet cap matched her gown. n. On the latter she pinned a purple orchid corsage. Reception for the pair was held at the Knights of Pythias hall on Monterey Road. That, too, was decorated with white gladioli and candelabra. Dinner was served buffet style, and piece de reststance was a five-tiered wedding cake with pillars holding the ornament.
