Le huit Septembre mil huit cent trente cinq nous pr?tre sous signe a vons baptise Isidore ne le vila du legitime mariage de Louis Paquet, journalier & de Adelaide Dompierre de cette paroise. Le parrain Isidore La France, la marraine Ursula Bougie qui a avec le pere nont du signe.

ENGLISH:

On the eighth of September eighteen hundred and thirty-five, we, under the sign of our baptism, baptized Isidore, who did not see him from the legitimate marriage of Louis Paquet, the day-laborer of Adelaide Dompierre of this parish. The godfather Isidore France, godmother Ursula Bougie who has with the father have a sign.
