Le dix-sept Juillet mil huit cent soixante-six, par nous pr?tre cur? soussign?, avons baptise Gabriel, ne hier des
legitime marriage de Louis Paquet, charpentier, et de Angelique Garneau, de cette paroisse. Parrain, Gabriel Ariel; Marraine Marie Ratte qui n'ont su signer non plus que le pere.

Translation:

On 17 July eighteen hundred and sixty-six per undersigned parish priest we have christened Gabriel, yesterday
only legitimate Wedding Louis Paquet, carpenter, and Angelique Garneau, of this parish. Godfather, Gabriel Ariel; Godmother Marie Ratte who failed to sign any more than the father.
