Hi Lawrence, I saw that you have Francis & Frances Walsh in your tree. Frances Garvey Walsh was my dad's sister. She has watched sparked my interest in genealogy, which unfortunately I did not pursue seriously until after she passed.
I wish you were still around because I have so many unanswered questions regarding if you have my third great grandparents. Not sure if this will help you but that Francis & Frank adopted two children a girl, and a boy who were noted in your tree is living.
Their daughter Marianne Walsh passed away a year ago before she passed. She did a DNA test and discovered she was Puerto Rican. Unfortunately, both her biological parents had passed when she did this test and I believe she became ill shortly after that and never connected with her half siblings.
You can find information on Marianne in my tree.
Sincerely, Jean GarveyMcKinney. | Walsh, Marianne (I2334)

Hello! I just read through your Streator information. We are long lost cousins. My great grandma, was Anna Majercin Danko. I remember going up to Streator to visit with my grandma, Mary Danko Nebuloni to visit her cousin Andrew Majercin and his wife Frances. Andy had three sons and a daughter. They used to come down to Springfield, Illinois, where we all lived every year for the State Fair. I have some information about Anna’s immigration to the US when she was 15, all by herself to come to Streator I believe to live with an uncle. I’ll have to show this to my sister as she is a little older and knows a few more details. This is so cool to see so many pictures!
